Displaying or Hiding Customer Feedback on a Website

This post will demonstrate how to display or hide a selected GetFiveStars customer feedback on the business’ website.

Prerequisite: Before you can publicly display customer feedback, you will need to embed the Testimonials Widget on the business’ website. Tutorial here.

1. Log into your GetFiveStars.com account

2. From the Business Dashboard click on the Business you would like to manage. Note: If you don’t see a Business Dashboard, you only have a single location and can skip to step three.

3. On the Customer Dashboard slide the Show on Website toggle to Yes or No.

Toggling to Yes will display the feedback content and rating on your website. Toggling to No will hide the feedback content and rating from your website.
